The Agriculture Department ensures free soil testing facilities and distribution of Soil Health Cards to all farmers, provides soil test-based recommendations, and promotes Integrated Nutrient Management (INM), among other activities. Under this component, the Government of India has made a budget provision of ₹3.92 crore for the year 2025-26, of which ₹1.76 crore has been received so far.
