Under this scheme, besides renovating the source location of Kuhls, strengthening of Kuhls in common area is undertaken. 100% expenditure is borne by the Government on community based work.
Government has decided to grant 50 per cent subsidy for construction of Bore-Wells & Shallow Wells for individual for irrigation purposes under this scheme. A fund of Rs.15.00 crore was spent during financial year 2022-23 covering an area of 600 hectares benefitting 820 numbers of farmers. A budget provision of Rs. 8.00 crores have been made under the scheme for FY 2023-24.
